Providing loan signing services for mortgage lenders, title companies and signing agencies. As your notary, I ensure that all of your loan documents are correctly signed and notarized and returned in a timely manner

Notary Public Services

Offering Notary Public services for a variety of documents including but not limited to, wills, trusts, and medical directives.

Notary Fees will include a Notary Fee and a Travel fee

$25 - Weekday 9am-5pm

$35 - Weekends / Holidays / Last-Minute Notary Needs / Outside Normal Business Hours (9am-5pm)

**First Responders / Military get $5 off their travel Fees**

For services outside of the Lae Tahoe Basin or El Dorado County, please call for a Quote.
